Bazaar in Egypt uses two shipping methods to send your order once your transaction has been successfully completed. These Express Mail Services are offered through EMS and FedEx. (Gold items must be shipped through FedEx)
EMS: Suitable for all non-gold orders. Your order takes 8-10 days to be shipped and costs a flat rate of $24.95. To any location all around the globe, regardless of the weight of your purchased item(s).
FedEx: Suitable for gold orders. It takes 4-5 days and costs a flat rate of $24.95. To any location all around the globe, regardless of the weight of your purchased item(s).
Processing Time
Orders will be shipped exactly 5 days after the completion of the transaction. This is the time required to process your payment via 2checkout as well as to start working on creating your order.

Order Processing Steps
1-As soon as you finalize your order transaction through 2checkout, a confirmation email will be sent out to you.
2- Bazaar in Egypt will send you a follow up email containing the estimated delivery time. (Note that in some cases it may take up to 5 days to prepare your order for delivery).
3- After crafting your order, Bazaar in Egypt then drops off your order to the shipping company, EMS or FedEx. You should receive a notification of shipment email which includes shipping dates and shipment tracking information (if tracking is available).
Returns
In order to ensure that Bazaar in Egypt brings you the very best of our hand crafted ornaments and gifts, we request that you read our return policy carefully before submitting your order.
- If your item arrives damaged you should contact customer service immediately (via email) in which case Bazaar in Egypt will proceed to replace it and ship a new one OR refund you of the amount spent by refund the money back to your bank account via our online payment process 2checkout.
- The price of the same method of shipment of which the order was received (FedEx) will be incurred on all returned Gold items.
